Services

Amy Cotterill Coaching provides personalised coaching services to help clients achieve their goals. Our services may include one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching programmes, workshops, and related instructional materials.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself as requested. You are responsible for your own progress and the results you achieve through the coaching process. While we will make every effort to support you, we cannot guarantee any specific outcomes.

Coaching is not a substitute for professional advice from licensed professionals such as doctors, lawyers, accountants, or mental health providers. You are encouraged to consult with relevant professionals as needed.

Fees and Payment

Our coaching services are provided for a fee, according to the pricing and payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable.

Payment is due in advance of services being rendered, unless other arrangements have been explicitly agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of our services, including handouts, worksheets, presentations, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Amy Cotterill Coaching. You may use these materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use related to your coaching. Modifying, reproducing, distributing, or repurposing any materials is prohibited without our prior written consent.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of information shared within the coaching relationship. However, we may disclose information if required by law or if there is a reasonable concern about potential harm to you or others.

Limitation of Liability

Our coaching services are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Amy Cotterill Coaching will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for services rendered become immediately due.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from the services provided shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. The current version will be available on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
